The success of our organization is a direct result of the dedication and hard work of the Association’s individual members.  Much of the time, that dedication and hard work gets overlooked or forgotten as we all move through the daily distractions life throws us.

The Board of AANR – Western Canada has established a number of honorary awards that are intended to recognize contributions by individuals and families who have made major contributions to the advancement of the nudist movement in the Region.  The specific awards are:

• Hall of Fame
• Man of The Year (Tom Dunn Award)
• Woman of The Year (Joan Skipper Award)
• Family of The Year
• Club Spirit Award
• Club Volleyball Award

One or more of the honorary awards may presented annually to individuals or families nominated for consideration and then selected by the Board for recognition.  To be eligible for consideration, the nominee(s) will have made a contribution of significance to the advancement of the goals and objectives of the Region as a whole during the preceding year.   Other than being focused on Regional rather than club-based contributions, there are no specific guidelines for nomination.

Winners in each category will have their names added to the permanent trophy/plaque maintained by the Region and will receive a personalize plaque to keep.
